Illustrations for the big neon mural, promoting Netflix series Sky Rojo.

I'm exceptionally excited to present you my collaboration with Netflix! This first-ever-short-story-full-size-neon-mural promotes Sky Rojo - a crazy Spanish series from the creators of La casa de papel. The neon can be found in Hamburg, Germany.

It was a big pleasure to work with Berlin based agency MOTOR Kommunikation that took care of the whole thing. They asked me to create vector illustrations, based on simple yet powerful lines. Sky Rojo is a crime drama that follows three sex workers: Coral, Wendy and Gina, trying to escape their pimp Romeo. So the illustrations had to be seducing and rather typical for red light districts imagery but, at the same time, telling suprisingly different story. Neon signs usually advertise women as objects but here we have something à rebours. 

This unpredictable and funny story attracts attention of passers-by who stop to make some photos and videos. The goal was achieved in 100% !
