Illustrations for a large-scale animated neon mural promoting Netflix series Sky Rojo – a collaboration with Netflix and Berlin-based agency MOTOR Kommunikation.
Sky Rojo, a crime drama from the creators of La Casa de Papel, follows three women escaping their pimp. The brief called for vector illustrations rooted in red-light district visual language – seductive, bold, immediately readable at scale. The twist: imagery that typically objectifies women here tells an entirely different story. Something à rebours.
The mural was installed in Hamburg. Passers-by stop. They photograph it. That was the point.
